I’m Ivan Lewis, the founder of Leeds Property Mentor. Over the last 30 years i’ve built a multi-million-pound property portfolio from the ground up - more than 30 properties spanning buy-to-lets, refurbishments and long term investments. None of it came overnight, though my first 10 properties came over a 5 year period…because I had a plan! And also because it came from learning, adapting and making clear, confident decisions even when the path wasn’t obvious.

Now, I am helping others do the same.

My mentoring is practical, straight-talking, and grounded real experience. I don’t teach theory or quick wins (though that is also a possibility). Instead, I offer honest guidance, clear strategies, and the kind of down-to-earth support I wish I had when I started. Whether you’re buying your first investment property, planning a refurbishment, or analysing a deal, I’m here to help you avoid costly mistakes and move forward with confidence.
